This policy explains how Riviera Aesthetic Centre (“we”), Rue des Vergers 8, 1815 Clarens (Montreux), Switzerland, processes your personal data when you visit www.aestheticcenter.ch, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or follow a link to online booking.
Controller: Riviera Aesthetic Centre. For questions or requests relating to your data: rivieraestheticentre@gmail.com or +41 76 304 18 15.
1. Data processed and purposes
We may process information submitted through the contact form (first name, last name, email, telephone number, requested treatment and message), your email address and proof of consent to the newsletter, messages you send us, and technical data required for the operation and security of the site (IP address, device, browser, language, pages viewed, date and duration of the visit).
We use this data to answer enquiries, prepare or provide a service, manage the customer relationship, send the newsletter where you have consented, secure the site, compile technical statistics and comply with legal obligations. If you voluntarily provide health information to assess whether a treatment is suitable, it is used only for your safety and to prepare the service. Please do not send unnecessary medical information through the general contact form.
Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are your consent, pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in managing and securing the site, and our legal obligations. We do not make decisions producing legal effects on you solely by automated means.
2. Recipients, retention and your rights
The site is hosted on Wix. Wix and its subprocessors may process technical data and information submitted through forms to provide, secure and maintain the service. Bookings made through a Salonkee link are processed on the platform of Salonkee SA, Centre Orchimont, 36–38 Rangwee, L-2412 Luxembourg, under its own privacy policy:

Links to Facebook and Instagram take you to those platforms, which process your data under their own rules. We do not sell your data. It may be disclosed only to necessary service providers (including Wix, Salonkee, email and IT support), our advisers or public authorities where required by law. Some providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, including in Israel, the United States or countries where they operate. Depending on the circumstances, these transfers rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards.
Contact enquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last exchange; newsletter data until consent is withdrawn; contractual, accounting or service-related data for the period required by law, generally up to 10 years; and technical logs for as long as necessary for security and under provider rules. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless a legal duty or legitimate interest requires longer retention.
The site uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for its operation, security and language selection. With your consent, Wix and Google Ads (Google tag AW‑18335492316) may also process technical and usage data, such as your IP address, online identifiers, device and browser characteristics, pages viewed and interactions with the site, to compile statistics, measure conversions and assess the effectiveness of our campaigns. Usercentrics GmbH provides the consent management platform and retains the choices necessary to document your consent preferences. Some processing or transfers may take place outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States, subject to applicable safeguards. You can accept, refuse or change your preferences at any time using the consent banner or privacy icon, and restrict cookies in your browser settings.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to certain processing, request portability where the GDPR applies, and withdraw consent at any time without retroactive effect. Contact rivieraestheticentre@gmail.com; proof of identity may be requested. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the competent authority in your country.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect data. Our online services are not intended to knowingly collect children’s data without the involvement of their legal representative. We may update this policy and will indicate the new update date.
