Before your appointment
After your treatment
Massage isn't a luxury — it's a treatment in its own right. Our sessions are delivered by an ASCA-accredited therapist (ASCA is the Swiss reference foundation for complementary therapies). In practice that means two things: a certified standard of practice, and sessions covered by most supplementary health insurance policies. Just check the terms with your insurer.
Treatment area
Therapeutic massage — deep, targeted work to relieve chronic tension in the back, neck and shoulders. 60 min — CHF 140 · 90 min — CHF 180. Covered by most supplementary health insurance.
Lymphatic drainage — a gentle, rhythmic technique that boosts circulation, relieves heavy legs and supports elimination. 60 min — CHF 140 · 90 min — CHF 180. Covered by most supplementary health insurance.
Reflexology — stimulation of precise points on the feet for deep relaxation and overall balance. 60 min — CHF 130. Covered by most supplementary health insurance.
Relaxing massage — slow, enveloping movements to release stress and restore a sense of lightness. Pure downtime, in the best sense. 60 min — CHF 120 · 90 min — CHF 160.
No particular preparation needed. Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in unhurried. If you plan to claim reimbursement, bring your supplementary insurance card — you'll receive an invoice with your therapist's accreditation details.
Give yourself a quiet moment afterwards and drink plenty of water — this matters especially after lymphatic drainage. The effects of a session continue to unfold over the following hours.
What's included
Every session includes a short conversation about what you need that day, the full massage for the option you've chosen, and time to rest afterwards. For reimbursement, an ASCA-compliant invoice is issued after the session.
Important information
Reimbursement depends on your supplementary insurance policy — check the terms with your insurer before your first session. If you have a fever, acute inflammation or are pregnant, let us know when you book: your therapist will adapt or reschedule the session as needed.
